General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Tasty Ritual, operated by EcomGalaxy Limited, and the customer via this website. Any conflicting, deviating, or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

The brand “Tasty Ritual” is a trading brand operated by EcomGalaxy Limited.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button in the final step of the checkout process, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order, together with acceptance of the order, takes place immediately after submission by automated email. The purchase contract is concluded upon receipt of this email confirmation.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on our product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply unless expressly stated otherwise. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
§ 5 Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times can be found on our shipping page and in the respective product description.
§ 6 Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, SOFORT, Apple Pay, or other payment methods offered at checkout.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal policy. This policy can be viewed on the “Right of Withdrawal” page and will also be provided to the customer together with the order confirmation.
§ 9 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
§ 10 Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In all other respects, the statutory liability provisions apply.
§ 11 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
